Call the Tower Hamlets Council Mobility Support Team on 020 7364 5973 for application forms for Taxicards, Freedom Passes, Blue badges and bus passes (for those under pensioner age).

Taxicards entitle you to a limited number of cheaper rides in London taxis; Social Services assess your needs and allocate the number of trips.

Freedom passes allow free travel on tube, bus and mainline services throughout London for women over 60, men over 65 or people with disabilities.
