The Wapping Project is an arts organisation housed in a stunningly refurbished Victorian Hydraulic Power Station (1890), a graceful miniature of the London main industrial art spaces based in the capital's vibrant East End, which still boasts much of its original hydraulic equipment and machinery. The venue is known for its original approach in combining the arts with its industrial nature; the project is a tuneful conversation among large scale site specific art works and fine architecture and food which creates a matchless atmosphere.
